The ECHIS Challenge addresses two complementary capability areas in the context of NAVWAR:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Detection, characterization, and localization of hostile GNSS interference (GNSS spoofing), and contribution to situational awareness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execution of own GNSS spoofing measures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants can submit solutions for one of the two capability areas or cross-cutting approaches. It is possible, but not required, for a solution to cover both defensive and offensive capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solutions may generally take into account GPS and Galileo signals (GPS PPS (P(Y)+M) as well as Galileo Public Regulated Service (PRS)). In addition, consideration of other GNSS constellations such as GLONASS or BeiDou will be viewed positively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Detailed information can be found in the Statement of Work (Document 01).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ECHIS Challenge is deliberately designed to be <strong>technology-agnostic<\/strong>: we are looking for early-stage technologies and innovative approaches that contribute to NAVWAR. We are not looking for market-ready solutions.
