Ma\u00dfgeblich ist nicht nur die Originalit\u00e4t einer Idee, sondern auch ihre fachliche Passf\u00e4higkeit, ihre Umsetzbarkeit und ihre Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit im sp\u00e4teren Praxistest.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    \n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ce-frame is-layout-constrained alignfull ce-frame--bg-cyborg ce-frame--style-2_3 ce-frame-iconstyle-small ce-frame-top-default align is-style-less-distance wp-block-cyberagentur-frame\">\n    \n    <div class=\"ce-frame__content\">\n            \n    <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sowohl die Kurzkonzepte aus Stufe 1 als auch die L\u00f6sungskonzepte der Finalistinnen und Finalisten werden zun\u00e4chst auf das Einhalten der formalen und inhaltlichen Mindestanforderungen gepr\u00fcft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left is-style-subheadline\">Das Kurzkonzept muss mindestens folgende Aspekte adressieren:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technischer L\u00f6sungsansatz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Innovationsgehalt und Disruptivit\u00e4t<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operative Relevanz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realisierbarkeit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vorstellung des Projektteams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wegen der Einzelheiten wird auf <strong>Ziffer 5,<\/strong> <strong>Tabelle 1 Nr. 6 der <a href=\"https:\/\/challenge.cyberagentur.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2026\/05\/02-Leistungsbeschreibung-MARLIN-Challenge.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Leistungsbeschreibung (Dokument 02)<\/a> <\/strong>verwiesen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left is-style-subheadline\">Das L\u00f6sungskonzept muss mindestens folgende Bestandteile enthalten:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prototyp (Hardware\/Software)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Begleitende Dokumentation und Materialien: <br>Technische Dokumentation<br>Pr\u00e4sentationsunterlagen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zusatzmaterial, welches die Funktionsweise des Prototyps verdeutlichen, ist optional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    \n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ce-frame is-layout-constrained alignfull ce-frame--bg-default ce-frame--style-2_3 ce-frame-iconstyle-default ce-frame-top-small ce-frame--with-icon align is-style-default wp-block-cyberagentur-frame\">\n    \n    <div class=\"ce-frame__content\">\n            <div class=\"ce-frame__content__wrapper\">\n          <div class=\"ce-frame__icon ce-frame__icon--mobile\">\n        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/challenge.cyberagentur.de\/marlin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2026\/05\/CA_Challenge_Icons_Relevanz.svg\" class=\"attachment-full size-full\" alt=\"\" \/>\n    <\/div>\n      \n      <div class=\"ce-frame__content__row\">\n              <div class=\"ce-frame__icon\">\n        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/challenge.cyberagentur.de\/marlin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2026\/05\/CA_Challenge_Icons_Relevanz.svg\" class=\"attachment-full size-full\" alt=\"\" \/>\n    <\/div>\n          <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sodann erfolgt in einer zweiten Stufe die Bewertung der Konzepte nach den qualitativen Bewertungskriterien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left is-style-subheadline\">F\u00fcr die Bewertung der Kurz- und L\u00f6sungskonzepte werden die folgenden qualitativen Bewertungskriterien zu Grunde gelegt:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Innovationsgrad (40%):<\/strong> Bewertet wird, inwieweit die L\u00f6sung neue methodische Ans\u00e4tze, Technologien oder Wirkprinzipien einf\u00fchrt, die \u00fcber den Stand der Technik hinausgehen, erstmals praktikable Handlungsoptionen schaffen oder bestehende Paradigmen deutlich \u00fcbertreffen. Bewertet werden sowohl die Originalit\u00e4t des Ansatzes als auch der Grad, in dem er neue Denk- oder Handlungsr\u00e4ume im Bereich elektronischer Wirkung er\u00f6ffnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Operativer Mehrwert (30%):<\/strong> Der Nutzen bzw. hier vor allem der milit\u00e4rische Mehrwert wird daran gemessen, wie konkret und wirksam die L\u00f6sung zur Sicherung der Einsatzf\u00e4higkeit eigener unbemannter Systeme beitr\u00e4gt. Entscheidend ist, inwieweit sie in realistischen Einsatzszenarien einen messbaren Vorteil bietet und ob sie so bedienerfreundlich ist, dass Soldatinnen und Soldaten sie auch unter hoher Belastung und akutem Stress zuverl\u00e4ssig einsetzen k\u00f6nnen. Ist dies in Phase 1 noch nicht gegeben, wird bewertet, ob ein plausibler Plan zur Verbesserung bis Phase 2 vorliegt oder ob andere Faktoren perspektivisch zu einem hohen milit\u00e4rischen Nutzen beitragen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Umsetzbarkeit (20%):<\/strong> Hier wird gepr\u00fcft, ob die L\u00f6sung innerhalb des Challenge-Zeitraums technisch realisierbar ist. Bewertet werden der aktuelle Entwicklungsstand, der technische Reifegrad (TRL), ein nachvollziehbarer Umsetzungsplan sowie die realistische Einsch\u00e4tzung technischer Risiken. Ziel ist die Entwicklung eines funktionsf\u00e4higen Prototyps oder Testaufbaus (TRL 6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Team &amp; Expertise (10%):<\/strong> Habt ihr die Power, das Projekt bis zum Sieg durchzuziehen? Hier wird bewertet, ob das Team \u00fcber die erforderliche Fachkompetenz, Erfahrung und Struktur verf\u00fcgt, um die Idee erfolgreich zu realisieren. Dazu geh\u00f6ren sowohl technische und wissenschaftliche F\u00e4higkeiten als auch die Organisation und Ressourcen, um Zeitplan, Entwicklung und Kommunikation zuverl\u00e4ssig zu bew\u00e4ltigen.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    \n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ce-frame is-layout-constrained alignfull ce-frame--bg-cyborg ce-frame--style-default ce-frame-iconstyle-small ce-frame-top-default has-background has-ch-blue-background-color align is-style-default wp-block-cyberagentur-frame\">\n    \n    <div class=\"ce-frame__content\">\n            \n    <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<p class=\"is-style-default wp-block-paragraph\">Die formale Pr\u00fcfung erfolgt durch die Vergabestelle. Die fachliche Bewertung der Kurz- und L\u00f6sungskonzepte erfolgt durch die zust\u00e4ndigen Expertengremien.
